Question cooler plugs

Is it ok to run cooler plugs in this baby up north here where temps probably will hit 00 this winter or can I leave them in year round without a problem?

leave em in till your time/mileage makes you uncomfortable, or they feel like might be giving you a "little" rough idle

Thats what I'm wondering about if I have enough spark to turn it over when it sits outside for several hours, but I don't want to nuke the stock plugs either. I was planning to change them over the holiday but who knows now? anyone have start up problems when they went to a cooler plug?
