Exclamation First trip to the track

I went to Atco yesterday 12/15...and since I have only had my L for a couple of months, and haven't done too much to it, I didn't know what to expect.

But I am thrilled to report that I ran a 13.7 @ 100mph...I had a little trouble hooking up, but I attribute that to the cold, and an unfamiliarity on my part as far as racing.

I guess now I'm ready to modify...and I'm sure everyone has their own opinion on whats best, but I appretiate any input, as far as chips, pulleys, ram air or anything else to get me into the 12s

That's a great time your first time out. My first (and only) time I ran a 13.9 @ 100 with major wheelspin. You did good!

Mods

The only things I have now are the Stull upper and lower billet grille, Gibson fiberglass tonneau, and bedrug...

Hopefully I will be able to get the chip for a half second, and pulley/ electric fan for a couple more tenths to get me into the 12s, but we shall see

NJ, excellent times--wish I had run mine stock . I think you'll need a pulley too unless your track hooks up much better than 'mine' with great 'air'.

NJLightning01: I live in Hammonton (15min from Atco) and have ran a 12.28 1/4 with only a small list of things done. Contact me if you want to get the best bang for the buck.
