I had Sal reburn my 2 way....Hot Street/Strip with only 93 octane and the best available octane booster added. Mean...slams the shifts good and hard......raises idle about 2-3 hundred rpms.....
I need some street slicks for the strip program....

J15Big, make sure you tell Sal that you need a chip for 91 octane WINTER gas. It makes a difference between winter and summer gas here with the oxygenated fuels. These fuels will lean out your mixture up to .5 A/F ratio.

I just had Danny Swanson re burn my chip for 91 winter gas on Friday. He had to take out 3 degrees of timing and richen the mixture a little.

I know that Sal and Danny work together on some things. Maybe this is one thing that is needed. Our gas is low octane, and changes back and forth every 6 months.

I'm running a 2 stage chip with the einter gas on one side, and a 100 octane on the other.

We'll see how it works on Jan. 12, when Fontana opens back up.
