cold weather

My L seems to absolutely love the cold air lately up here in Michigan. Before i added my filter kit, about two days ago it was 30 degrees outside and i repeatedly saw my boost gauge go past 10, now i know the stock boost gauge is not so accurate, but in the warmer weather i never saw it reach past 8.

Plus now that i have installed my filter kit, i've noticed something that i totally did not expect,, well at least not to this degree, the supercharger sounds awesome. You just turn soo many heads when you floor it cause the s/c is so much louder with the filter kit. Makes me wish i had a red truck so i could tell people it was a special fire truck

On the way back from Anchorage last trip I ran into some really cold weather (-32 F). Found a clear straight close to home, temp was -8. The boost gauge went into the black.

It wasn't going down that long 2+mile hill about 10 miles outside of Valdez was it? Now THAT would be fun!
