Unhappy blower belt part #

Sorry to bring up an old problem but my search was a dead end.
I just installed a psp lower pulley and cannot get the belt back on I tried three different supply stores and they could not find the recommended belt listed in the instructions Gates K080670. Is ther another 67.0" belt readily available? sure hate to see the L sit in the driveway. 99 L
I"m new to this forum and have learned quite a bit of info. on all aspects of the L's nice to see such comradery.

If you are using our 2 lb lower, you really don't need the longer belt. Here's a tip....

Put your breaker bar on the tensioner. Pull the tensioner all the way until it stops. It stops because it contacts a tiny casting nub, that is used for assembly purposes. Pull the breaker bar with some force and that little nub will snap off, and give you another inch of tensioner range and belt will slip right on.

my.........

You may need to unbolt the intercooler reservoir and move it to your left for more breaker-bar 'swing' room? Is it 'swing' or 'schwinng'?
