A/F gauge install question
A/F gauge install question
Yes i know this topic has been beaten into the ground BUT.... my computer sucks it and i can't view about 99% of the pics you guys post. If what i've read is right I need to either connect (autometer's) the signal wire to the black O2 wire after the connecter (which changes color on my truck
) or connect it to a little black wire with a red stripe. Now where is this red striped wire. I hear it connects to the PCM so is it IN the cabin. If it is that would make my install go alot easier. I know that the black and red wire connect into slot #87 in the PCM unfortunately i have yet to find a large gumble of wires (since i can't see pics which usually contain little more than the caption of "there in the bottom right, the red one" needless to say that tells me nothing) So if someone knows of a post that explains this really well in words or if someone can post pics that i can download (the one's that have this pic has been downloaded X times) I can get those. I really want to get this thing in
i NEED it. i have a tripple pillar i put in last night (12/12) and only the boost gauge is working so far and that's a defective gauge.... WAAAAAAAA. I need sparkly lights and moving *****. I'm a simple man
that needs speed too.
