I wanted to know everyone's opinion on billet grilles. I am looking to purchase one real soon but doing research now. Which brand looks best? Im really looking for chrome or somethin similar. How much for the combo (top and bottom) and where is the best price? Post some pics for me please. Thanks fellas! BTW...its for my 2001 silver L

Personally, I like the Street Scenes grills.

Easier to install
Fits over the stock grill
$170 for the set

But that's just me....

 

I have to agree with tampa, the street scence are different cause not to many people have them like the billets.

Stick with the billets, HAHAHAHHAHA. Sorry I had to.

 

speed scene has a honey come mesh grille that comes in polished or chrome, the trenz grille is a highly polished piece that has a series of horizontal bars. i did not like the trenz grilles until i put them on. you can expect to pay around 225 shipped. you can get good prices from www.truckperformance.com they will match or beat any competitor price. go to the website for the tele. # and call them to get the best deal. i do think the ss grilles look better. but i just wanted something different from what the other L's have around here.
