Does everyone else experience the FART at WOT between 1st and 2nd gears? If not...what the hell? it sounds like the blower is dumping the excess air out the pipes. strange....

You are close but not quite right. The factory programing will cut off four (4) cylenders on the 1-2 shift. They do this to reduse the amount of stress on the clutch packs. When the cylenders come back in, they make that little fart noise. It's normal and nothing to worry about. It will go away when you get a chip from either one of the big three tuners (PSP, JL, & JDM).
