Wanted!

I really need to barrow, or possibly buy if that is the only way, a bed cover of some sort, I am in Houston Texas. I will being going home to Longview Texas the weekend before christmas and need to keep all my familys gifts dry.

Ive been waiting to buy a cover, doing research and such, and now I seem to have waited tooo long. The wife has advised me that a 400 or 500 purchase is not in the books until after christmas

If you have an old cover that would fit, or Ive even heard some of you guys have the factory cover and did not like it, so it sets in your garage. I would really appreciate any help you could over me.

I am a member with HALO, and the guys know me, if refferences are needed, I can provide them.

If you can help, please let me know

Get an Extang BlackMax - its a soft cover but it kicks a$$. The price is reasonable too - ~$200. I got mine at www.trukstuf.com.

if the money is not there and you need to keep presents dry,,, why not just buy a large tarp and save the extra cash for something you know you want. a good tarp plus straps will only cost about 20 to 50 bucks.

I have had my "factory" cover since 99 and it is still in good shape. Its one of the better investments I have bought. I now use it on my 01. I bought it from www.fordcollection.com

Thanks!

I appreciate everyones replies....

Yea, the tarp is my backup plan already, just going to be fun trying to cover certain things with it...

I just found out from my wife, that I just may be able to blow some more money on my L, she said, heck just buy the cover you want, and be done...

yippeeee, I got the bank to open up!
