I weighed my truck today for the 1st time and was suprised at how light it was. It weighed in at 4520#'s without me in it. My truck has the factory toneau cover and a bedrug and the only thing I have removed is the trailer hitch. Does this seem to be an accurate weight? For those who have weighed their truck what did it weigh and what was added/removed?

 

mine was 4730 with me in it. no hitch or spare. about 1/4 tank of gas.

 

Mine is 4920 with me in it, no spare, or hitch. Upgraded stereo system is the heaviest thing I have added, plus I weigh about 220 lbs. I do need to go on a diet I should only weigh about 190 or so.

The 'certified'(by the state) scale at my 1/4 mile track says me and my L weigh 4,670lbs--1/4 tank of gas, no hitch, spare, or jack--that's withe tailgate and the M/T street tires and ARE rear wheels.

4825 with me in it. Street trim plus a hard bed cover.

 

I have weighed mine at different tracks, it ranged fron 4670-4775 this is with me 160# 1/4 tank, tailgate and spare

 

The last time we weighed our truck was with everything on it and driver (300Lbs+) and came slightly over 5000Lbs. When we race the only thing changed is slicks in the rear.
