I imagine talking to the service manager will do no good, but I will try first. I think maybe the regional rep would probably be my best shot. How would I find out who he is and how to contact him?

I have a good relationship with my service manager...Not at an SVT dealer by the way. Ask the service manager...He more or less has to inform you. Call Ford if he is an ***. Remember Be polite.

My big problem is I am 300 miles away from the Ford dealership, so all this is going to have to be done over the phone. I'll try the polite conversation with the service manager, but they are not all that knowledgeable on SVT vehichles, even though they are an SVT dealer. I guess the service manager would have to tell me who the area rep is, so thats a start. What I am really curious about is what is FORD'S official policy on servicing a leaking IC. Does it include plugs, sensor and oil change or is it up to the dealer to make that call?
