Unhappy Second engine, Third intercooler... Should I be worried??

OK, I'm in for the re-designed intercooler today and I've had the engine replaced once under warranty. Should I be worried as the factory warranty expires in August, or go make a trade on the 01 that is sitting out front for $29,995?

Wouldn't purchasing an extended warrantee be a lot cheaper than buying a new truck?

Alph,
Yea, that's the other alternative, too bad, I've never even considered them till I bought the L. I'll probably go that route. Still, lots of problems for a truck with only 18000 miles.

Trade it. If the extended warranty is 1K and if you still are using the original tires another 1K for replacements then you are looking at probably 8K difference that you would have to come up with(less if you can get x plan). I would think that the 18K miles less, new tires, new 36 mo/36K mile warranty, new paint, new lights(front and rear, more HP, lower gears, better drive shaft, and better intake would be worth it. Especially considering that you have already had a bunch of problems. Your engine compartment is probably scratched all to h*ll.
