'02 in Georgia

I know SVT Girl just got her red 02 (Congrats) But for those around ATL area, Gwinnett Place Ford has a Red on the lot now. Was there yesterday (12/4/01), and they said they'd X-Plan but lowest APR was 5.9%. bummer I was hoping to do a fairly easy swap keeping my payments close to the same. I'll have to shop around.
Do y'all know if dealers can/authorized to do Low APR on 02 F150 Lightning?

Anyway, thought I'd pass it on.

Question

Why trade an '01 for an '02 anyway?

I just got mine a short 2 mo ago out of a sense of urgency with the low APR. (Got 2.9%) I wanted the TrueBlue but didn't think they'd be out till Feb-Mar like the 01. With X-Plan and low APR it's a pretty good deal.

Didn't think it'd be too easy to swap but want to see what can be done.

I've heard brokers can do some good. But haven't seen anything about them. Anybody know where I can look?

Oh I see, true blue's definitely different. Good luck to you, it's a tough time in the used car market right now, but maybe you can sell your '01 via a private sale and do better than trading it in to the dealer. Either way your going to lose some money, unfortunately
