I'll let you vultures in on a little secret...that's not my Chevy !!!
It belongs to Pro-Finish ( the guys that built my Shaker hood ) and it is one of the most beautiful trucks I've ever seen. I also noticed that MRBBQMAN was the only one paying attention, it is a 3/4 truck drivetrain that was transplanted into a 1/2 ton. If you guys can't appreciate another vehicle other than a freaking Lightning than I feel sorry for you. Besides, in the famous words of Mr. Chuck Heston " they'll have to pry my cold, dead fingers from my steering wheel before they get my Lightning".

I am personally a fan of chevys also but that is some of the uglest 20s i have ever seen, I think the truck looks like crap what is with the old style cowl induction leave thouse hoods for the chevelles! It might be fast but, but i want a world were my truck looks good also!

 

sheeesh, i dont think its so beautiful, as a matter of fact it looks sort of dated, but i guess thats just me. i have had tons of cars, and the lightning is just another, but i sure wouldnt get too thrilled about that chey truck.

Only about a 100 or so It'll be at Byron next spring, the ILLNESS boys are going to put on another "Lightning vs. R/T"
type race we had last spring only this time it'll be an ALL truck shootout. Should be a lot of fun. I'm glad I got some upgrades done to my truck because this orange Chevy will give us L owners a helluva run for our money.
