Has anyone painted there Stock Grill?
sure did, but went to billet later, i did like the painted, but for longevity i like the billet better, after about two months on, got alot of chips, also with the 2000 and 99, honeycomb grills u get alot of shadowing inside the honeycomb holes...

hey L in Detroit, your just the guy i want to talk to!!! i just bought a new grill and was about to ask if there are any tips or shortcuts to changing these grills?? you been runnin' the L anywhere local? thanks........jack
WYLDMAN here is Houston had his painted gloss black to match his truck. They looked really great when compared to the normal faded gray. If you see a Special Edition Lariet Red the grills are painted red from the factory. They look really great. I think either black or red would look good on the Red L. One guy here has a regular F-150 and painted his silver on a maroon truck. They really looked classy. Anything is an improvement over the gray plastic.
