Need to use HEET, Anyone know of any foul consequences?

Going into Anchorage to have my intercooler replaced Tuesday.
The temp between here and there has gotten down to 30-40 below, so I am probably going to dump some HEET in the tank. Does anyone know if this product is harmful to plugs, etc. I wouldn't think so since I think it is just mainly alcohol, but it seems our stock plugs are susceptable to failure and I would prefer to be on the safe side. The alternative though, could be a frozen gas line if there is any water in the gas.

30-40 Below!!!
I think I'd park it, and sit in front of the TV with an Espresso.
Man, that's cold.
It shouldn't hurt anything. We are running oxygenated "winter" fuels now. Since they are phasing out MTBE, we get ethanol in the gas. I suspect that is why I've experienced some detonation since Nov. 1. That's the date we change over.
I guess that it has about 10% ethanol in the fuels.
