I don't want to get into the pricey 20" wheels and really don't care for the look.

This place sells them for $1700. Seems like a lot to me, I paid $1300 for my 2K chrome ford racing wheels.

They charge $500 to chrome yours and then send them back to you WITH chrome center caps (your choice of bolt or SVT emblem).

Their number is (714) 239-1122 Call them if you have any other questions.

$1600 + $12.50 shipping per rim if you buy a set. They do exchange.

Soap,

When do you expect to get your wheels back?

I'd be excited to see the quality of work

Soap-

I'm in Romulus.

There is a place in Redford, Uncle Ken's, that does chrome plating. He said he could get the wheels for $200 a piece.

Have you heard anything about them??

Giving yourself a gift...those are always the best

You can get a set of 20's for like $1400 OR $1500 so why not just have a extra set of wheels???? Tires for 18''s and 20's are real close in price.....

I bought an extra set of 01 rims and am going to have them chromed.

beefcake - before I send them out I am going to have the rears widened 1" so I can run the goodyear 315 "supercar" tires. BABolt gets the credit for this one and it is a great look for the street. My personal taste is for the 18" rim also.

Hey where is everyone getting the 20 inch 01 rims from?

Can you buy them with the painted finish? Also I thought someone said there was a vibration problem with the 20s is this true?

kidd2001 -

BABolt used a place up in Michigan I believe. I don't have the name numjber handy but if you search hard you can find it. The info came out around the first of the year. I think somebody may have gone 1.5" wider and put on the 335's. Might be close on clearance with that one.

BA used to have some pictures of the wheels on his website. If I remember it is about 170 bucks per wheel which isn't cheap. I don't want to go cheap when it come to wheels and safety.
