Tom Wood at 96th & Keystone has a True Blue 02 Lightning sitting on their lot. They also have a Red 02, Black 01, and a used Silver 01.


It looks better than the other True Blue trucks I have seen. On the other trucks it made you think "Bass Boat" I will go and check it out on Saturday morring.

Great pics . I just can't get into that color. I've been dying for a blue Lightning for years, it's my favorate color. It's just too dark for a Lightning. Might as well buy a black one. A Lightning needs to STAND OUT. It's needs to scream attention. Ford should have used Grabber Blue, or a blue similar to it I think. We have one coming in two weeks, I'll shoot down and check it out in person.

 

I like that blue. It looks a lot darker in those pics than the other one's I've seen. Reminds me of the Navy Blue Metallic used on C5's.

Look at the break rotor in pic two..its all rusted...WTF? even if thats normal they should get off their butt and clean it up.

 

Light: It was a little cloudy when I took the pics.

Sal: It looks different that the True Blue on the Ford SUV's I looked at. It looks like it doesn't have as munch metal flake in it. But on the L it looks nice.

OBTW, the Mrs and I drove by Tom Wood Ford and we took a gander at this latest color addition (forgot the camera though)

first impression.

Ford should have kept white in the line-up or gone with a lighter blue as it is going to be just as much a chore to keep clean as black.

My wife and I kind of like the Blue now that we have seen it on the Lightning.

 

Its just to dark. I was interested in trading up for one but ill stick with my wht one. They should have used the blue of the new ford svt focus.

 

I sure do like that new '02 Red !!
