Fabric Liner for ARE LSII

Does anyone have the fabric liner for the ARE LSII? Did you install it or did the retailer? Thinking of getting one but want to know how it is installed.

I believe it's installed from the factory when you order it as an option.

The charcoal color on mine matches the bedrug nicely.

You'll have the biggest trunk in town

the foss liner(Fabric liner) has to be factory installed because they put it in while the fiberglass is still tacky so it adheres better. I used to be a shop manager for an authorized ARE dealer and that is what they told me. By the way they are the best lid on the market by far!!!

Idea

My local ARE dealer told me that it has to be factory installed. I saw a roll of thin carpet (Grey) at PepBoys that I plan on using. I am going to take the lid off, put it on a bunch of moving blankets upside down in the garage and then trace out the carpet. The carpet is similar to that used for speaker boxes. Then I am going to spray the surface that I want covered with 3M Super77 spray adhesive and then install the carpet. Hopefully all for about $35 and maybe an hour~hour and a half of time.

The carpet liner is called Fossliner. Any A.R.E. dealer can order it and it matches almost perfectly the Bedrug. The code is B56 Shadow. The reason they install it at the factory is because it goes under the hinges and brackets for the lift assist arms.
