Does your truck do this???

1. When I shut the truck off I hear a "psssh" sound for a second or so coming from the left intake, I assume that it is the boost dump soleniod opening and reliveng the pressure from the lower intake and intercooler????

2. If I have the air on or the heater on I also get a long "psssh" (15 - 20 seconds) from the passanger side of the motor after I shut the truck off. I am assuming its a/c related but wanted to ask if this is a normal characteristic on lightnings.

3. Moving the truck back a little tonight to get a jack underneath it and I noticed a creak that comes from the rear when i shift from park to reserve and reverse to drive, it only happens with light pedal pressure on the brake and seems to be brake related. I have not noticed this before???

Any input???

Bob

I know I should be flogged for sayin` this without bein` positve..

Maybe the reverse creakin' is the emergency brake. Seems like I was told orheard or dreamed that the rear has a drum for the emergeny brake. On my SHO the emergency is linked to the rear pads\rotor setup. Damn.....I must go look.
