question for tuners

My Super Charger snout always rattles when the outside air temp drops below say 40. Makes no difference what the motor temp is or how long it has been running. Only does it in winter and only when air temp is below about 40.

I have hear bearings or cavatation could either of these be made worse by air temp? Also should I worry about it?

Check the oil level in the blower.

Even after sitting all night when I start to remove the allen bolt It starts to run out does that mean it is full? Also Would that only effect it when it is cold?

Is it at WOT? If so it might be pinging or detonation. You really need a reburn on your chip when it gets cold. That is the only downside about chips. Reburns when you add a new mod and when the weather changes.
If it does it at idle your right about the bearings. I have heard of peoples' snout bearings wear out. I personally haven't had that problem. Are you running an aftermarket blower pulley?

Oil level should right to the bottom of the hole with the plug out. I doubt that is the problem. Probably just very thick oil when cold. As the oil warms up it thins out and the noise goes away.
