Houston Dealers
The dealer i was going to get a lightning at just told me that they dont honor the x-plan when they told me 2 weeks ago that they did on lightnings. Does anyone know of any houston dealers that will take the x-plan and do 0% on the financing?

I did not have any luck with any of the Houston dealers w.r.t. the x-plan. Sure, they all said they would take it to get you in the door, however when we all sat down to the table, their story changed. The best I could find for 2002 L's was from Tommie Vaughn Ford. They "said" they would sell for MSRP, but I bet that was a story too.
I was so pissed with the local dealers that I hit the phone until I found an out of state dealer that would take the x-plan. BTW I eventually got a 2001 instead of 2002 in order to take advantage of 0% financing.
