Weird. The bolt's tight and everything, but when I go over speed bumps, expansion joints, railroad tracks, and the like, my left fog light quickly jumps up and down, like there's something loose. Could I shove a blob of Sorbothane under the fog lamp housing? Any ideas?

Check the bulb ,maybe the glass part broke off the metal housing.
