I don't think so, one member here don't remember who it was said that he smoked his truck leaving the dealer the same day he bought it.

I dont think you should worry.

I doubt you'll hurt anything. I roasted my tires from day one. It's not like you had to floor it to beat those cars!

JL took his new 01 straight to the strip from the dealer. I seriously doubt you hurt it.

I played with a WRX on the freeway the other day. They go pretty good. It appeared stock and I was able to pull him at will. But we had fun. Gave each other the big thumbs up after.

The WRX. I know someone in town with one of those. They have been out in Australia for a couple of years. Long enough to have somewhat of an aftermarket base. Upgraded boost and timing (intake and exhaust mods are a given), one went 12.3 on the stock clutch. There is video of that somewhere.

I have a feeling next summer will be very exciting.

Tundra,
That would be a good winter vehicle for you huh?
How are the roads now?
Is the L going thru the winter on/off the roads?

These trucks weren't made to be driven lightly. I started modding mine at 200 miles!!! This grin never leaves my face!
