Wire cutters?? Two weeks ago buddy drove though the fence with a transporter!!!! didn't need wire cutters then!

 

first thing i thought of was wow, they like like they ride higher than my 2000. Also, look at the black one in picture 3. Look quickly....Kinda thought they were pinstriping the new L's for a second.

The true blue looks like *** IMHO. And what's with some of the lights in the pictures? They look like blue instead of clear.

 

The blue you are seeing on the lights is just a protective film they put on for shipping. I would have to agree with you on the blue. Its not my favorite either.

 

yeah it really is odd. they all look like they are sitting too high??

 

I think the blue is too dark...the metallic blue they had on the 97's would look real nice IMO.

 

im looking at the pictures... does it seem like they raised the exhaust too?? or am i just seeing things at 422 in the morning

 

No, they are the same parts(springs,exhaust,etc.) because the SVT parts that were used to build these trucks were sitting around since last August when they stopped making the 2001 model. It's and illusion from the angle of the picture. The parking lot where they are is elevated from the road where the pictures were taken from.

 

I think instead of calling the new color True Blue they should call it Black and Blue because it looks like black with a little blue tint thrown in.
