Bob - After you round up the parts you need to have someone, maybe even yourself, cut the seat cushion to fit the new seat frame. Then the seat cover that was on the OEM seat needs to be fitted to the trimmed down cushion. Make sure the person doing the cutting knows that the inside of the cushion (the part that ends up by the console) is a straight cut and not rounded like the outside edge (by the door). Just have them look at and measure the way the drivers seat is and do the reverse on the pass side. Sounds like the cost of having that part done is somewhere between $150 and $200.

The backrest of the OEM seat comes off and attaches directly to the new lower seat frame. No mod needed in that area.

There are pic of it on my web site, under modifications.

It's a great mod. Good luck.

The one thing that no one ever mentions with this mod is that the console's typically don't come with attaching bolts, so you need to pickup 4 of the bolts from Ford...
