I hope someone replies. I have been wondering the same thing myself. I may be wrong, but I think I am getting a touch more boost with the new I/C installed. Wondering if anyone noticed that, or if driving my wife's Nissan for 2 days made me forget the L rush

I'm still planning on dynoing mine before and after. I just got my notice in the mail yesterday so it will be another couple weeks before I have the results.

Just had my I/C done yesterday. It sure feels stronger. The old one was pretty nasty looking. No leaks, just covered in oil goo.

I had mine done and went to run it on the dyno recently.

Before: 357.7RWHP
After: 347.7RWHP

There was a power drop around 3500 rpm on each run, so something is wrong with the truck, and I obviously wont have hard numbers for a while.

maf?

do you think the 10mm difference on the Maf is what makes the difference with the newer style intercooler. I was told that you can't just swap the 80 out and put the 90 in without putting a chip in the computer to callibrate the difference. Can anyone varify this. I notice my truck seem louder, or the exhaust sounds different with the changed intercooler. Anyone else? Also notice the boost seem to kick in more quickly.....would the boost actuator have been removed during the swap?
