Checked the mail and there was a black and yellow cylnder from SVT, I was like what is this. Open it up and there is a letter saying that they are replacing the superchargers untill Sept 30, 2002 regardless of milage.

I can scan it and post if anyone is interested.

 

its actually for the intercooler replacement , not the charger

They are only replacing the leaking intercoolers. Superchargers are fine.

Are you sure the letter said"Supercharger" and not "Intercooler"? I got an identical tube with a letter and drink holder regarding the I/C replacement.

That makes sense. My Lightning is in the shop for being rear ended, and they said they were replacing the intercooler, which didn't make sense being the front fascia & rear were smashed but the engine bay was fine.
