New times WITH JL(THE MAN)!!!!

Took the truck to the track for the 2nd time. First time it was showroom delivered with only 150 miles. Truck went 13.9 at 99mph. Not too bad for 90 degree temps and 85% humidity. Got some goodies from JL (THE MAN) and went the second time. The truck has 1100 miles on it now. Dont drive it much. Went a 12.40 at 109.3mph. Very very happy with the truck. Temps were 74 degreees with about 75%humidty. Have JL 3lb lower with 2lb upper, magnaflow muffler, JL diablo chip, shift kit, JL ram air, electric fan, and JBA headers. The only problem that night is that the tranny was not shifting good at all. It was shifting like a Cadddy. Dont know if it is on its way out or what. Getting new program from JL to see if it changes. Anybody else have a sloppy shifting tranny?

I have an electric fan out of a Lincoln Mark viii. Had a speed shop custom install it and it looks 5 times better than JDM's. It also cost a lot less too. The fan was $50 and the install was about $100. The fan moves plenty of air also. Good luck dude.

Thanks JL i will be calling about that. As for the fan no it does not have a thermostat or ac switch. I just got the fan from a friend. I am sure that if you remove the fan yourself you can probably get all the stuff you mentioned, but i was not interested in that stuff. i have the fan running at all times while the truck is running.
