Winter Driving
I'm sure all our friend down south will be driving their's all winter!
Even though I live in Canada, my area gets about 1 1/2' of snowfall all winter. I know that's contrary to everything you've heard about Canada, but it's true. Our true enemy here is road salt. If the roads are dry, and snow free I intend to drive it as much as possible. Still get a kick outta that 'Winter Driving' warning label on the driver's side door jamb!

i drove my 99 and now my 01 will be driven in the winter. its fine and i would miss it if i didnt. whats the point of having it if you put it away. it doesnt hurt it and also its not the crown jewels, its a truck!
Drive it rain or shine, all year long. I've had it for 17 months, and have put 38,000 miles on it. I've even driven it in the snow in the local mountains. It's a little tricky my vehicle of choice up there is a 4wd Durango.

We drive ours all winter long. We do get snow, but they do not use any salt here, so it isn't a problem. We just want to get more aggressive tires for the winter. I do have lead weights that I can use in the bed.
I bought it as a daily driver, and that is exactly what she it.

Since we don't get much more than a few rainy days here, it gets driven all year. We're just now starting to get better temps for those lower ET's.
Having lived most of my life in parts of the country where it rains/snows/sleets/etc., it cracks me up when the 'meteorologists' here in SoCal call for 'storm watches' when we're going to get a few tenths of rain....only problem is the majority of people here can't drive in the rain, it's scary

won't be driving mine, i will be driving the trusty old 4x4 explorer.. don't want to take a chance on bending any metal...expecially with all the mods on the truck now.. Hope everyone stays safe on the roads this winter...people around here drive like a$$'s at the first sign of snow..

I rather not take the chance, but Iam not ready to park it yet!
