I couldnt understand why he has to go to court either for that citation. I feel for you guys that live in NJ. You can't even pump your own gas in that state. They have idiotic laws like that in my home state of Ohio. That's why I'll never leave the South.

 

That does seem unusual that a cout appearance is required with such a petty "violation". I agree with RTKILLA's advice, although LIGHTNINROD's word of chewin' tobacco/farting while mentioning anthrax would seem to work just as well.

 

That would be a fix-it in CA. Just flag down a cop, and have him sign it off. Are they a little A*** Retententive in NJ?
