Hey Johnny Lightning- new distributor?

Heard a Georgia SVT dealer may become a distributor in Dec. or Jan.? Don't want to be more specific if still in flux. Supposedly, he is mod friendly--if he installs parts and no obvious abuse? Have you discussed maintaining Ford warranty if your parts are installed by him? Would want something in writing from him before I install anything.

Aw c'mon JL, don't be shy

Maybe you didn't want to post a thread for everyone to read? If so, please email jkeithbrown@msn.com with response. You could get quite a few good customers if done correctly!

Thanks for responding JL

Know working out these details take time. Would you please email jkeithbrown@msn.com when and if deal goes through? They're just forming a Ga. LOC with a meet this Sat. at Andretti Speed Lab in Alpharetta,Ga. With all the positive feedback you get on this site, I believe you'd have a lot of new customers through this dealer if warranty issues in previous posts were addressed. EVEN AN ANNOUNCEMENT WOULD BE A NICE CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR US GA. L OWNERS! Have a nice Thanksgiving!

Would be nice to have an authorized distributor so close. I'm considering trading in my '01 F150 Harley for a L, '01 or '02. The dealership will get all my mod business in the future if that were to happen...

BTW, for Georgia L owners... Who did you buy your L from and how was your experience? Would you recommend any to tak emy trade in?

Chaen:

Gene Evans Ford in Union City--best auto transaction I've ever been involved in. Talk to Bill Miller, sales mgr. or Lawrence Lee, sales rep.

Thumbs up

Now that would a good thing.
Great folks over at Gene Evans Ford. Some of the best prices I have seen from a mail order dealership. Just purshased a few things this past week for the Stang from them.

For a no hassle X-plan deal, try Billy Howell Ford in Cumming. It only took me 2 hours from the time I walked in 'til the time I left to buy my '01. I'm sure not having a trade helped, but overall it was a good experience.

Talking And about JL...

I guess I'll wait to get my JL goodies until I hear the news about a distributor here in GA. Warranty concerns are the only thing keeping me from a 12 sec ET...

I can't wait for the good news JL, keep us informed!
