Going to be busy the next week installing the new goodies that I have seating here and on the way. New ft springs way stiffer than what I have now and new shocks I think on the 2 setting it is about stock move it up to 6 and you can hardly move it.Plus canton oil pan and accusump. And the best goodie of them all ADJUSTABLE sway bar, when I do the back I will make the rear ajustable too. I really envy guys like Ruslow who take the development time to pioneer new ways of performance. Keep us updated on the new oiling system!

Ruslow,
If the sway bars work out, bring an extra set when you come out for Christmas.

Spike

BTW, the front and rear shocks will be mounted tomorrow. I ordered the same fronts, and will let you know if the rears work. For an extra $10, they have them shipped to me tomorrow. They don't have a mount kit for the fronts. So, would you consider fabricating the tee bars for the fronts if they're required?

Ruslow - you get to have fun.

Question for you about shocks, do you still have the shocks on your Lightning staggered or have you converted both of them to point towards the rear ? Jim@JDM welded a brace to the right shock and did something on the top so that both of the rear shocks are point towards the rear.

Question shocks

Mine are still staggered but with the new rear suspension they will be mounted verticla and on the back of the axle.As to what you are describing I do not follow it.When you say point towards the rear are you talking about the bottom of the shock or top.I did do a design for the Gen 1 where I did a QUAD shock set up similair to the mustangs. Is that it?It does help prevent wheel hop.Stan

They both hook to the rear axle and the top of the shock is pointing toward the rear, like this \ . But both shocks.

Quad shocks? Now that is interesting.
