Anyone ever done business with them? They are located in San Jose. I ordered an Innovation Industries Pro Sport tonneau Oct 29 and was told it was goin to be in the 5th of this month. I called monday and they said it didnt show and will be there on wed. I called wed and it didnt show so they said it will be there thursday. Just got off the phone with them 2 minutes ago and here is what the guy said, "My boss says that he has to call the factory to see if they are goin to ship this week and then he will call you." WTF??? Its almost been two weeks. The frcikin factory is in the same state, how long does it fl_lckin take!!! It says right on their web site "ONE WEEK OR LESS DELIVERY INSTALLATION (MOST CASES)."Bull *****! Anyway Im goin to wait and see if this guy calls me today or not. Anyway, just had to tell someone my story
