Question Need help from Georgia and surrounding L owners

I finally got my intercooler information from Ford. Mine isn't leaking but I want to go ahead get it taken care of. Problem is that I am afraid to take it to my local dealer because I think that Speedin Bob's guys "COOTER" and "GOMER" work there. I want to know of your experiences with the service department that you use. JuanInTN seemed to have a nice experience with his intercooler swap, he got a new blower! After reading about that I think I'm on my way to Tennessee.

Well I can tell ya one place NOT to go and that's Team Ford of Marietta! Every time I go there I get so f*cking pissed off because of the idiots that work there, so definitely don't go there...I've heard good things of Gene Evans, and that is where I'm gonna go from now on

If you're close enough go to Jacky Jones Lincoln/Merc. in Gainesville. Had to take mine in for a bad idler pulley and they took great care of my truck. Blankets and bath towels all over the front end.

Gene Evans Ford....

in Union City--bot mine there. They are not only Blue Oval Certified but were, at the time(earlier this year), the only GA. dealer to win the President's Award(suppose to be a very 'big' deal). Luckily never had to have any work done on mine yet but was told by others who have had work done there that they are good.
