I'm torn between buying a used 2001 red lightning, or waiting and forking out a couple more g's for a new blu one. The guy is selling his 2001 for 28500 with 3000 miles. I'm going to try to get it down to 28.. Can i get a new one below sticker or do i have to pay sticker or higher?? Please respond i need some help.

 

Call all the SVT dealers in the area. there may be a leftover 2001 around somewhere, and you might be able to get a new 2001 for the same price.

 

blulighting, unless your heart is set on getting a blue lighting, I'd look around for a new 2001 also. Since there aren't really any HP changes to the 2002, why wait? Also, you may get a better deal financing wise right now.
