1. Honestly I wash my L once a week, have yet to wax it since I've owned it, and I think it looks better then most 2001's fresh out of detail. I really haven't had that much trouble keeping it clean. Keeping it garaged helps maintain the appearance.

2. Well, IMHO white looks like a fleet truck.

3. Black definitely looks meaner then white.

My first post was too vague - if when you first get it you prep it properly with some Zaino, you'll have an easy time keeping it clean. Taking care of my truck is a hobby with me - my neighbors actually tease me about it. Get the truck and go straight to a shaded area and clean it, apply Zaino wax and Zaino it again in a week.

I owned a black '00 and I now own a '01 White. If the L will be your only vehicle, black is NOT an option. White doesnt look as mean, but if you run in the 12's, then who cares.

 

I would go with white as you see on my sig, I've had both colors. White is alot easier to clean. I tell from experience. Don't get me wrong I like both colors but white is easier to keep clean!
