Broke the 12's finally!
Went back to the track for the first time since new mods. I was hoping for better times, but this was full weight,on F1's, and a full tank of gas

couldnt hook up for s!@#!! My first run was a 16.800!!! Spun all the way through the 1/8!!! John force would have been proud! LOL!

Justin-Where did you blow your motor up at? Man, I hate to hear that about anyone! Good pass though!!! LOL! We were at Hallsville today. They had a street car shootout type deal. I was the only Lightning there!
I wish I knew how to load this thing on here to show ya the nice 1/8 mile burnout vid! Literally from the tree to the 1/8 mark, you cant see my truck for all the white smoke!!

Hilander-How are things going with ya buddy? I made that 1st 16.80 run on my first pass with the F1's @ 32 lbs.!
I kept lowering the air pressure. Seems the lower I got it, the better it ran. Went,12.97,12.96, then the 12.95 on my last run. The 12.97 pass my speed was 107! WTF?
Anyways, after lowering the air pressure to 24 lbs. I just stabbed it off the line. I still had a little wheel spin, but nothing like the first run! LOL! Everyone Ive talked to says the times at ennis are usually 2 tenths better than Hallsville because you can hook up better on that concrete. So I dont feel too bad about my 12.95.
With cooler temps, mine should run better. I have just turned over 3000 miles also.

Frank S- How did you ever guess? LOL! I told myself if I could just break the 12's Id leave it alone and be happy. Well.........I WANT TO GO FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulation's ShankDog. Like you, I'm going to try to run some 12's. It's easier said than done in So. Cal.
