Jeff - I think JOHNNYSVT was refering to my SES light.
JOHNNYSVT - I ran out and double checked, that wire was not on secure enough. I thought I pushed it in all the way but I guess not and the potholes knocked it out.
Would an Air/temp in the air box make an engine stall though?
Thanks for the replies.
And anyone interested so far before and after with the airbox mods and hoses:
before - I noticed on the stock boost guage that it would read over 10 psi only at WOT
after - I noticed on the stock boost guage that it read 10 psi at alittle over 3/4 throttle.
So my conclusion is that air is definately making it up to the airbox and the blower/engine are using it. So K&N panel filter plus 2 hoses ($10) and some zip straps ($5) it's a worthy mod.

why don't you just tell the whole world, hehehe
Just kidding it ant rocket science but it worked, I think the stock air box top helps the air into the MAS and actually works better than a cone type. No proof just my way. I ran the stock set up then the full box with no filter and got .1 or so. Now running stock air box top with no bottom, K&N filter held in with tie raps. I knocked .27 off my times at the track just by removeing the bottom half. All runs were made the same night.
