How do you remove the rear end fill plug?

Does anyone know how to remove the rear end fill plug? I'm not sure which tool to use because the bolt is square. I don't think it is an allen head or a torque head bolt.

Thanks for any help

John

I am glad I was able to help.

John,

Why are you changing your rear fluid?? Didn't you just get the gears changed at Jim's??
