Ford replaced my supercharger on my '99 as part of the intercooler recall service! What's up with this? Does anyone know?

I got the little cardboard tube in the mail with the SVT beverage cooler inside with the recall notice rolled up inside it. The notice indicated the parts they'd replace with an asterisk, and the supercharger wasn't indicated.

My old blower had 'EATON' embossed on the front, and my new one is a darker gunmetal color and says 'Ford SVT' on it instead.

My question is - how much of this is 2001 hardware? Did I get the new, bigger throttle body and all that?

Here are the parts they replaced:

3x Intake manifold gasket
Intercooler gasket
Intake manifold
2x Metric Bolt
1x stud
Supercharger & Plenum Chbr

I wonder if I'll realize any HP gains or if I should buy a 2001 airbox to 'finish the job?'

 

all they swapped was the upper intake/intercooler and the supercharger.. (plus bolts & gaskets) your throttle body and MAF are the same.
also, the 99-00 & the 01 throttle body is the same, its the MAF that changes from 80mm (99-00) to 90mm (01).

i was hoping that they would replace my blower when they did the intercooler swap, but they didn't.
