Question How long should I wait

I am waiting on my 02 L . How long should i wait to start modding it. How many miles should I do before pressing on the loud pedal.

Any help would be appreciated.

As soon as you get it away from the dealer.

Just be sure to change the oil after 1000 miles or so.

I did a burnout leaving the dealer when I picked it up, and it was chipped the next day.

I stopped on the way home to pick up the stuff I had bought before my L arrived.

Maybe the question should be, how will you know when to stop modding. If you figure that out let the rest of us know.

Thanks Guys,

I spoke to Mike Troyer about a superchip for the 02 L and air intake kit along with lower pully, I think he is also a dealer for JDM if memory serves me right. However I was wondering if I would probably brake something modding it as soon as it arrives without giving it a couple hundred miles. Anyway I guess the only way I will know is just to do it (as the nike logo say)

I guess when you own the fastest production truck ever made you always want it faster. Go ford. Got a problem though where the truck is going only have 90 octane pump gas, less power

One thing I am sure of, no ricer can mess with me, unless they are willing to get smoked.
