You Stereo(philes) Have To See This!
Holy crap, if this truck's a rockin', don't come a knockin'!!!!
LOL
I hope they tightened all of the bolts and stuff on the truck, if not, the truck will slowly vibrate apart into little pieces.

What makes people think
that other people want to hear their music?
Ricers do that chit all the time: boom bah boom...my b!tches boom...bah boom. Hey, thanks for sharing, *****head.
Criminy. So many people feel compelled to force their "music" into other folks' ears. Makes me want to hold one down and fart up his nose.
And another thing!
Sorry. Just felt like ranting this morning. Pay no nevermind.

It's very annoying, but that's his right.

The best thing in Florida is that we can write traffic citations for those annoyingly load stereos in vehicles now. According to Florida state traffic statute 316.3045, if the music can be heard over 100' from the vehicle, the driver can be issued a non moving traffic citation, no points and a $46 fine.
Nearly all of the tickets I write for it are to the little 18 y/o punks driving rice burners.

Hell, I can hear my stock stereo over 100 feet away. That law isn't very fair IMHO. I guess you could write me up if I was playing my stock stereo too loud down the road 'eh?
Curious about your statute, but does it apply to areas that do not have a sound ordinance? I wouldn't think so.

Hey JBLsilver?
Is that Suburban flip flop purple, with a Cat Eye grill??? I think I have seen(maybe, lol) that truck. If it's the same one, my nose was vibrating so hard I had to walk away from it, LMAO

Do you ever give them a warning? I would hope so. I believe in at least 2 strikes and you're out.
Yes, I give 3 or 4 warnings for every 1 ticket I write for it. If they have already recieved a warning before, they get a ticket. Our dispatch computers keep a record of traffic stops on tags, so we know how many times the vehicle has been stopped, and what warnings they have been given before.

Yes, it is a state statute, applies on any roadway in the state, same as other traffic violations.
