Question Coating

Well I am getting ready to set my ride up for the winter (on stands) and I am going to send out my wheels to get them chromed. I know this process takes a while thats why I waited until the winter rolled around. So does anyone know of a good place to get them done. I have heard rumors of prices ranging from $85-$300 per wheel. Also I am having a hard time finding chrome center caps.
I don't want to buy a new set of wheels, but I love the look of chrome. I have looked at the wheel exchange (from ebay) they sell 20" replacements but I dont have that kind of coin.
I also know there are a few ways to get this done i.e. dipping, plating, coating....
What do you guys think is the best looking and lasting.

So can you guys give me some info. Especially you down south and out west guys.....it seems like nothing is in the northeast.

Sorry for the long post.....Joe

The chrome dipping can be big $$$. so much that its sometimes worth it to get a new set already done.

The karkraft has an exchange program with stock wheels for new ones chromed. There cheap and they include center caps. Best of all there right in our area. Check them out.
