Question Launching Effectively...

Just bought a 00 L about 2 months ago, and am wondering from all you experienced L owners the best way you have found to launch the L off the line? Any of you have a particular strategy you use all the time? Just upgraded from a 3.8L 96 mustang so it's a big difference. Any help appreciated...(i know, it's a dumb question, but hey...)

Thanks

Off the line as in on the street on street tires? or at the track on slicks?

All you would ever want to know about launching right here (well, maybe, LoL):

Then go and check out my new times after going back this Sunday and launching at 1000 rpms (different track, though):

i live in gainesville, fl, and go to uf. You guys would not believe, it's a lightning owners paradise up here because besides a s/c cobra that runs around everything here is a Civic or other assorted rice burners, and college kids think they are gods gift to the race track...

as for launching... I heard getting rpms up to 800-1000 was best but had never really tested the theory on the track or street

Retics4me, this pic is the same but bigger....
