It shouldn't be that hard to get 640 HP from that 5.4. Heck we had a bunch of 400 + hp Merkur XR4TI's a while back in the International Merkur Owners club. One was over 700hp, and that was a 2.3!!

There is alot that could be done to the lightning engine it all depends on how long you want it to last!!

Now you guys are making me wish I had a Lightning.
