What would it take to have lightning suspension?

I have a Black Reg. cab Flairside and would like better handling. I woldn't mind lowernig the truck just a bit and adding some beefier tires. But what else makes up the lightning suspension?

I am not trying to make my truck an imposter or anything? Just want to get that better handlnig suspension setup?

Thanks all.

Springs, sway bars and mounts, shocks. Just sold all my take off stuff not long ago. Watch the classifieds. More people are lowering their L's and may part with the old stuff.

I got my stock 99 springs sitting in my garage collecting dust if you want to buy them.

I also have the stock lightning shackles brand new never used. I was going to reinstall them but figured out a different way to rasie the rear end up a bit.

Besides that I think the only ther things that are unique to the L's handling ability would be the sway bars, and shocks like they said. I doubt the control arms would make any diffrence since there basically the same excpet for the slot that you don't want anyway.

I also have my stock 99 rims and tires for sale.

E-mail if you interested in anything, I'm sure we can work something out. Joemessana@JVI.net

RTKILLA--

How much would that lower my truck?

I am hesitant on buying Lightning wheels since I don't want people to think I am trying to pretend I have one. This will be my wife's truck as soon as we get married next June 1st. After that I will get another sports car or if the Lightnings are around one of those.

But just for curiousity sake how much are you sellingyour tires/wheels for?

How much for the springs?

You can shoot me an email if yuo like. briansimon@hotmail.com

I have the front coils, rear leafs and front and rear sway bars off of my 2001, less than 200 miles on them, still clean, never driven in the rain.

I am in Austin, only 170+ miles from you, if interested send me an email.
