Wink Last try for 11's

I am going to the track today for my last try at the 11's for this year, I am so close but it seem's still so far away. Wish me luck and I will let you know tonight if I made it into the 11 second club or not.
Bill

"Race Weight= 4920 lbs."
Put that elephant on a diet, and you would have already been there. You would of also spent less money doing it. Drag racing a 4900# tank at those numbers is only going to break something.

Bump the nitrous to 125. You'll hit the 11's or break trying....

Thumbs up

Well I did it, I ran a 11 second run, and what a way to end this year. The race weight of 4920 is the truck with me in it, I have all my stereo stuff and all in it. I did pull the passanger seat and the front sway bar today at the track. This is the first time I have ever pulled any of that but I needed a little bit less weight, I almost even pulled my amps and custom box but that looked like it was going to be to big of a pain.

60'.....1.694
330....4.833
1/8....7.451
mph...93.30
1000..9.749
1/4....11.737
mph...112.07

I would like to thank my tuner for the great parts, thanks Jim and all the JDM staff.
I would also like to thank JR for the use of your et street and the bottle of nitrous. thank you very much.

I am sending the video to a freind and he will post it later tonight.

Thanks to everybody, I am so happy....

Bill

Wink

Sal,
Thank you also for the NX wet kit and your nitrous plate, and thanks for the congratulations.
I hope everyone can start off next season with no bad blood and no bashing of tuners. I think that you Sal, Johnny, and Jim are great and it is just up to the personel preference of the person buying the parts. I have been dealing with JDM and they have treated me great and have got the times out of my (tank) that I wanted. I have nothing and I mean nothing against you or JL it is just that I am a very loyal person and JDM is my choice for speed..
Thanks.
Bill
