Question The dreaded 15K leak

Well my 2K L now has 15K miles on it. I popped the hood last night and noticed the intercooler reservoir was empty.

What should be my next move on this?
Should I just keep filling it up and drive it till it dies?
Should I attempt to locate a dealer here in Austin that will fix it now?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Hey Wireman, there is now a recall/permanant fix for the IC. Take it to Ford, they all know about it now. Where the heck have you been r.d., you should have know about this already

There's a couple of SVT Ford places to choose
from. Up north at Covert off of 183 or a little south at Leif Johnson at 290 and I35. If you want to go farther north, I think there's a Draegger Ford in Georgetown. I bought mine from Covert and took it in a couple weeks ago for a new gasket on my blower and some other warranty work. Everything is fixed like they said it would be. Just keep an eye on the ODO to make sure no one drives it too much. Last time I was there, another Lightning owner was venting some steam at the service person because his L was driven more than he thought it should have been. I didn't think to write down the number when I brought mine in so I don't know if they did the same to mine.

We just had out 3rd and hopefuly final I/C put in. The 1st one lasted 20,000 miles, the 2nd one only lasted 10,000 miles. With the good air down here in Houston right now and the new I/C, the truck is running real strong.

I knew about the deal on the IC's leaking. I just haven't been keeping up with the list stuff lately and didn't know if there was some new way to get around the Ford police. I wouldn't mind getting the updated intake and such.
So is it my best interest to get it fixed or try and break it?

What's up Travis. Long time no see. I hear you finally got deep into the 12's. Congrats..
I have been working on my new toy. It will be out soon.

I bought the truck at Covert, but didn't know if there was a more user friendly dealership to bring it to.

Thanks for the responses.
