Pods : Autometer vs. Lotek - FYI

I got my autometer pod in the mail today, I originally bought the lotek pod but the fit was terrible and the lower gauge hole also cracked when putting in the gauge. I sent it back to lotek this week and i am waiting for the new replacement.

After a quick fitment check of the autometer pod i am going to use it instead of the lotek. The fit on the autometer is nearly perfect and i am very satisfied with it. I have the new lotek and new autometer phantoms (boost, water,a/f) for sale if anybody is intrested, just email me for details at rftjr@prodigy.net

Unhappy PayPal

BfB,

since it seems like you have PayPal knowledge maybe you can help me......

I have an account and recently added my credit card (gulp) to my account. However when I try to pay for something it only takes money out of my checking account. It does not even have an option to change my payment method, under "funding options" (sorry that is a little confusing).

Any help on how I can use my credit card is appreciated.......until I get the bill in the mail

I found two articles that may help you:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...p&eloc=2&loc=1

...and:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...p&eloc=3&loc=1

I don't think you have registered your credit card correctly. Also, is your PayPal account "verified"? Here's another thing to consider:

In order to reduce the cost of processing expensive credit card transactions associated with accounts that do not pay fees, there is a $100 per month limit on receiving credit card payments for Personal accounts. Payments funded from the sender's bank account or existing PayPal account balance will not count against the recipient's limit. Your limit is reset every month, starting from the date you opened your account. All date calculations are based on Pacific Standard Time.

Recipients exceeding the $100 per month limit will no longer be able to accept credit card payments unless they choose to upgrade to a Premier Account. Credit card payments sent to a Personal account in excess of the limit will be held as "pending" until the recipient chooses to accept the payment by upgrading or to return it to the sender by refusing the payment. Personal accounts exceeding the limit will still be able to receive payments funded from a bank account or existing PayPal account balance.
Call Toll Free Phone: (888) 221-1161 if you still can't get it to work.

It would be best if you would use your checking account since this doesn't cost anything. A credit card fee applies and it isn't the prettiest either.

Take care man!

Bob,

Where were you able to find the Autometer gauge pod? I have had a three-gauge Autometer pod on backorder with Summit Racing for nearly three months now...where'd you get it and do they have any more?

Thanks in advance,

Dan

Bob,
Do you have the part number of the Autometer pod.....is it 17305???

Also, has anyone used green lights in the Phantoms so they look like the L's gauges???
